The USS Wade was a United States Navy ship before the Great War.
Background[]
During "Shanghai Sally's" escape from Las Vegas in the aftermath of the Ultra-Luxe shootout, she fled from Nevada across the southern United States of America reaching Galveston, Texas. There, she stole a speed boat and attempted to flee out to sea, but the USS Wade was given orders to kill her and obliterated her speed boat with heavy ordnance. The dramatic shootout was covered in the national news media, including the Charleston Herald.[1]
