Warden Thomas Brennan was the head of Eastern Regional Penitentiary before the Great War.
Background[]
Warden Brennan oversaw the transition of the prison from a human-staffed facility into a fully automated penitentiary. All of the prison's staff were replaced with robots, while Brennan stayed until his retirement benefits went into place.[1] Brennan also fitted every prisoner, no matter their crime, with an explosive prisoner collar to prevent escape from the decaying prison.[2] He was eventually replaced by the Warden Mainframe, which is still active as of 2102.
