Abernathy metro talk page[]

Redirect Recommendation[]

This should have always been a redirect to Vernon East/Takoma Park. It is a duplicate article (as seen in the screenshot and infobox). I'm combining the two and removing the incorrect statement about the non-existing in-game metro. If someone disagrees, please discuss. -- DeJuanNOnley (talk) 09:04, January 4, 2018 (UTC)

Abernathy station is not "non-existing"; it's just that the signs are confusing: Abernathy station uses map marker Vernon Square East. I think Abernathy station still deserves it's own page, because the station is "in between" the pages Vernon East/Takoma Park and Vernon Square. I'd agree with changing this article to remove the duplicate info, and using it more to clear up the confusion. I don't think there's a single other page where we could conveniently fit in the information about this station. What do you think?

Maybe double check against the GECK? The cell information before the page was redirected listed TakomaSTation as the cell name. Great Mara (talk) 11:56, January 4, 2018 (UTC)
I've checked in the GECK and in-game. Abernathy station is neither a cell nor a map marker; it is a Metro station. The cell TakomaStation contains two Metro stations: Abernathy station and Takoma station. The former has a world exit to Vernon Square East and the latter has a world exit to Takoma Park.

( I've undone your merge and added merge templates. Let's discuss the merge a bit more before actually merging it.

It was myself who requested the undo, I just didn't have the time to do it myself earlier. My rationale is based on completeness, Vernon East/Takoma Park is a single location cell that contains two pre-War locations, Abernathy and Takoma stations. I'm more inclined to have three pages, the game cell location, plus the two pre-War locations. I'm going to have a dig around tonight and see what I can see that justifies it. Moved from the article[]

No, it isn't. Signs at Vernon Square Station indicates that the tunnels on the right lead to Becton station. However, these tunnels are marked as "Metro Junction" and lead to this station. This could mean that the Metro Junction station is actually the Becton station.

This isn't a forum. If it's wrong, change it. Bllasae 21:22, September 23, 2009 (UTC)

lone pressure plate?[]

i wonder to what is linked the pressure plate in the muties hideout? there does not seem to be any kind of trap...

There is a rigged shotgun behind it. SSmilesWithDeath (talk) 04:03, July 24, 2013 (UTC)
