Vault dwellers claimed to be U.S. citizens (they were pre-war U.S. citizens' descendants and they were aware of this fact). Safehouse Project initially was developed by government, as well as Vault Behavioral Project.

Although they're defended from US citizens, is there anything on record of any Vault Citizen claiming to be a US civtzen also? I don't think there is... Remember for most dwellers by the FO1/2 time period, the USA is as ancient history as the Ancien Regeme in France, or the Cromwell Commonwealth in the UK.12:00, January 31, 2012 (UTC)

Vault City Guard Faction?[]

Are the Vault City guards their own faction? I don't think they are. Plus their isn't enough information on this page alone to warrant a split. ---bleep196- (talk) 22:33, March 17, 2013 (UTC)
