Isn't this the wrong name?[]
On the 360 version this character's name is "Oliver Swanick," NOT "Oliver Stanwick"

I found a dead "Oliver Swanick," wearing a Powder Gang Plain Outfit, in my 360 version of the game. What's odd is, the corpse is just laying on the road near the Nipton Road Pit Stop. I also found a random Wastelander in the Nipton trailer park, both of these corpses had lottery tickets on them. Nymphonomicon 17:38, October 23, 2010 (UTC)

Bugged[]
I killed him when I first got to town. Have his lottery ticket. After a long time I ended up in camp searchlight then fast traveled to Nipton to talk to Boxcars. When I spawned, my companion made a combat noise, so I quickly looked around and when I did, I spotted a second Oliver Stanwick running off. I even got a screenshot of him through my binoculars. He's fast though so I couldn't catch him. He's just at the edge of your vision when you spawn, so unless you have a sniper rifle you won't get a shot at him.--Crossmr 02:51, October 23, 2010 (UTC)

Oliver's Compund[]
I don't know if it is related or not - there is a place called oliver's compound attached to the far south end of Hoover Dam (accessible from powerhouse 4). Clearly he doesn't have the key... 68.118.40.134 00:20, October 29, 2010 (UTC)

Entered the burrow to take out the Queen, and there's Oliver standing right in front of me. The guy's a sucker for punishment!
Killing him[]
Decided to blow his head off after he exclaimed to me that he won the lottery. Didn't save though, since it felt like a bitch move on my part. But now that there will be a patch where he won't respawn after death, he shall be killed. >:) KnowledgeProspector 00:48, July 6, 2011 (UTC)

Yeah, it happens. His apparel changes randomly to other Powder Ganger outfits. Totally normal.--
