Survivor Story: Colonel[]
Found this in Flatwoods, but it isn't in the location listed on the page. It's on the porch of a red house to the south of the overpass past Green Country Lodge. On the body of a Responders colonel next to a dead raider. Are some of these locations randomized? Great Mara (talk) 01:18, November 24, 2018 (UTC)
Just to say in retrospect, you found the Survivor Story: Responder Colonel holotape. I was also confused at first having first found the holotape, Survivor Story: Colonel. Only upon checking my challenges list for 'Find the Survivor Stories Holotapes' under the 'World' section did I realize these are two separate holotapes in-game and characters.
