Weird bug[]
So I'm playing fallout 2, im in the stables talking to myron after he agreed to leave with me, I load a save after dieing when I attack these two guys. After loading back I go to the body of the one of the guards outside of myron's lab and pick up his metal armor. I give it to myron and I say "OK LETS GO" a few seconds later chunks of my body start flying off as if someone shot me with a minigun, I loaded another save, did it again and I died again!

Action Points[]
I just started fallout 2 after recently finishing Fallout 1. Ive noticed that sometimes when im fighting radscorpions or giant ants in the temple, sometimes after ive used all of my AP, it reloads or something and i get a whole nother set of AP. Why is this? - This is actually a new turn, quite often smaller/slower creatures will only be able to move once every two turns. ThePog 19:17, January 6, 2010 (UTC)
Time limit[]

- Yes, but the limit is 13 in-game years, so almost none of the players will play the game for that long. Ausir(talk) 23:21, February 2, 2010 (UTC)
Hey guys, is there any way to remove the time limit to Fallout 2?
Can't use the organ extractor[]
Whenever I try to use the extractor in the SAD I just get the message 'extraction failed' and no brain. The 'patient' still dies by the way, but there is not brain in his or my inventory. Does having a science skill of below 100 stop you using it properly? Or is it because I have the bloody mess trait? --78.144.33.195 09:38, September 5, 2012 (UTC)
A: "Depending on your Science skill you'll end up with from zero to four brains from which you get to choose one. With Science 90% you can get the Human Brain about 50% of the time. To get the Cybernetic Brain you need Science 121%, but there's still a small risk of failure, so save first."

Speedrun Section[]
In the "Changes from Fallout" section, it talks about Fallout 2 Speedruns, stating that a 00:17:51 was done on the Speed Demo Archives. The current world record, officially, on Speedrun.com for Any% is 00:09:28 by a polish player named Pawlik.
