EMP caused by the Fatman[]

The article had previously the following statement: "While the Fat Man weapon does use low-yield nuclear weapons, these "pocket nukes" would still produce enough of an EMP to disable computers or even the player's Pip-Boy 3000 given the ranges involved, but this was probably overlooked for the sake of game dynamics and playability.". That is, beside speculative, incorrect. EMP is caused by the scattering of electrons on the atmosphere on the occasion of a great enough explosion. Given the low yield of the Fatman's nuke, such scattering would definitely not occur -- any bomb that can be fired indoors cannot possibly cause atmospheric scattering.

Rework of article[]

As far as I can tell from looking at the sources I could find on the wiki, (Vault Dweller's Survival Guide, Year: 2077, Log - SSG Michael Daly etc.) the page as it currently stands is a copy paste from Wikipedia. It would probably be better to rewrite the page to be mentions of EMPs, as those exist in game, as the only in game source I could find that covers the science of EMPs in depth is the Vault Dweller's Survival Guide.
