No, caps stashes are not notable because they're not unique, extremely rare, or very expensive. See the notable loot policy.

I wasn't sure since I think one could clasify them as rare in 76. Same as the bobbleheads which are a lot more plentiful than in previous entries. Either way I won't add them, thank you for the clarification. Letenko (talk) 12:39, January 16, 2019 (UTC)
