Huh. If it does not affect any armor, doesn't make this "perk" cut? Energy X 18:47, July 31, 2014 (UTC)

I really cannot tell, man, nobody's even tested creating some armor that comes with this strange perk that isn't listed...of course, manually adding the perks through save editors does nothing because the game checks for if it's playing before giving the special perks. I got that from testing with manually adding the Powered Armor perk with F12se, didn't do anything at all! --Breakin'Benny (talk) 21:52, July 31, 2014 (UTC)
