The Regulator duster is a unique piece of clothing in Fallout: New Vegas
Characteristics [ ] An outfit consisting of a black undershirt and a pair of gray canvas pants underneath a long, brown leather overcoat with the sleeves rolled up above the elbow, a pair of leather gloves on the character's hands, and a pair of motorcycle boots for footwear. Equipping it grants a temporary bonus of +1 Charisma and +5 Guns but it lacks any Damage Threshold .
Variants [ ] Locations [ ] The outfit is worn by the Lonesome Drifter , found north of El Dorado Gas & Service at a small camp in front of a Sunset Sarsaparilla billboard. Alternatively, if one has completed Talent Pool , the Lonesome Drifter will be in The Aces Theater at The Tops on the Strip .
Notes [ ] Both the sheriff and bounty hunter dusters are visually identical to the Regulator duster except for the sheriff's badge present on the lapel of the sheriff duster.
