Porter was a prisoner in Eastern Regional Penitentiary's D-Block before the Great War.
Background[]
Porter and Zander had a conversation about the prisoner collars that the inmates had recently been fitted with under Warden Brennan's orders. Porter wanted to attend a meeting held by Ozzie, who knew a prisoner that was good with electronics and could potentially get the collars off.[1]
