The PRC (People's Republic of China) scientist is a skeleton found during the Fujiniya Intelligence Base scientist corpse random encounter in Appalachia.
Background[]
A former scientist that was ordered to leave Fujiniya Intelligence Base and blend in with the local population of Appalachia after the Great War by Station Chief Xi. The scientist found this task difficult, and he further wished to not to interact with any Americans; his only wish was to be home in China. That was completely impossible, however, and the scientist decided to take his life instead. With his final words, he asked for forgiveness from any of his comrades.[1]
