A member of the Whitespring bunker's science team, Norris became concerned after the observation team at Remote Lab 1.2 near Tanagra Town stopped reporting back, and asked Major Ragnarsdottir to send men to check on them.[1] He also created a "reprogramming regimen" to torture outside candidates into working for the Enclave.[2]
