Nakamura was a security officer in Vault 76.
Background[]
Nakamura was sent to investigate an assault claim made by Jake, a vault resident and former lawyer, against E. Jefferson. Despite Jake claiming that Jefferson shoved him with a clear intent to harm him, Nakamura found a witness stating that Jefferson had merely lightly pushed Jake aside while Jake was verbally abusing Jefferson. The case was dropped afterward.[1]
Nakamura would later be sent to investigate a theft reported by Jake, as she was the only member of the security team that could handle him at the time. After reporting that the theft was merely one box of Sugar Bombs, Nakamura was told to drop the investigation, despite Jake's insistence that it be investigated.

It is unknown if she is intended to be Jane Nakamura, a resident of Summersville who was mentioned in a note cut from the game.
