Monica Rose was an actress who resided in Vault 51.
Background[]
With 7-2 odds, Monica won 45 payouts at the betting machines in the vault's game room.[1] Like every other dweller, she was killed in the fighting that eventually led to Reuben Gill being named overseer in 2078.[2]
