Background[]
In early October 2077, Mills received a note from her brother Stevie advising her that their mother, Ida, had been picked to be a resident of Vault 51.[1] After cracking into the vault registry and finding information on Vault 51, she wrote a note to Stevie on October 15 saying not to let their mother accept the offer and that she was on her way home.[2][3]
