Flavia Stabo sent Leah de Silva a package containing an interview with Gladys Filtcher under the guise of the Vigilant Citizen. She routed the package through Madeleine, to be delivered to Leah in the event of her death while investigating the Appalachian Treasure.[1] Her exact relation in the de Silva family is not made clear.
