The last Secretary of the Interior was the head of the Department of the Interior, and part of the Cabinet of the last president of the United States.

The Secretary made quarterly visits to Shenandoah National Park. Their next planned visit was on December 23, 2077, and they had decided to stay over for Christmas at the Rapidan Camp Presidential Retreat. This would also coincide with their scheduled appearance at the Shenandoah New Year's Eve Party 2077, where they would make a special announcement detailing the future of the national park and future investments into it. For the sake of national security, the Secretary's trip was to be kept secret until a formal announcement were to be made in the first week of November. However, the advent of the Great War would stop any of this from occurring.[1][2]
On October 23, 2077, the Secretary was warned of the oncoming warheads by the Cabinet Nuclear Alarm system.[3] They managed to reach the Whitespring Congressional Bunker in time, but not without injury. Shortly after arrival the Secretary of the Interior died in the med bay.[4]
