Kelly was a teenager who survived the Great War.
Background[]
Kelly communicated with her close friend Anya via dead drop. The two were in school when the Great War happened, and Kelly was a grade behind Anya. After the bombs dropped, Kelly and Anya gave each other supplies and informed each other of safe locations in the wastes, such as the overlook cabin. Kelly was attracted to Anya, but admitted that she likely did not feel the same way. At some point, Kelly was chased by robots but eventually reunited with Anya.[1][2]
