Anya was a teenager who survived the Great War.
Background[]
Anya communicated with her close friend Kelly via dead drop. The two were in school when the Great War happened, and Kelly was a grade behind Anya. After the bombs dropped, Anya and Kelly gave each other supplies and informed each other of safe locations in the wastes, such as the overlook cabin. Kelly was attracted to Anya but admitted that she likely did not feel the same way. Anya was invited into the mansions near Summersville by some of the adults that lived there; she heard rumors from other kids that they were cannibals, but she did not believe them.[1][2]
