Julius Browne was the vice president of marketing and public relations at GDA Fusion, responsible for engineering the PR stunt that was Verdant-Air Wind Power.[1]

Keen on advancing the company's agenda and to deflect attention from the company's wanton environmental devastation, but not unsympathetic to Kelly Rydecker, the head of the Verdant-Air project, Browne repeatedly advised her to avoid attracting attention to Verdant-Air and enjoy the money she was receiving. When Rydecker eventually sent the report on wind power as a perpetually sustainable source of energy, he was quite annoyed to have to order Rydecker to shut down the project and announce that it would be dismantled on October 31, 2077.[1]
