Jerry is a resident of Goodneighbor in 2287.
Background[]
Kent Connolly describes Jerry as a "friend" of Silver Shroud Radio. Jerry cares little for heroic actions, instead believing they are motivated only by personal desires. He is particularly annoyed by the success of chem dealer AJ, whom he says sells "garbage" chems.
If the Sole Survivor helps Kent by acting as the Silver Shroud to clean up crime in Goodneighbor, Kent will bring Jerry onto the show following the death of Wayne Delancy. Jerry will express surprise that the Shroud is legitimately acting for good, and will also introduce AJ's immoral business tactics, which will cause Kent to assign AJ as the Sole Survivor's next target. Jerry will then express doubt that the "Silver Shroud" would help for purely selfless reasons, but will ultimately shrug it off.[1]

Kent: "Oh, You better believe it! So, Jerry, Go on! tell the listeners what we're talkin' about!"
Jerry: "Right. So AJ, you know the chem dealer by Bobbi's? He's doing good for himself. Says he's got a whole new market. Kids. Even with his garbage chems he's just raking in the caps."
Kent: "You hear that? Sounds like the Silver Shroud has another bad guy to deal with."
Jerry: "Uh... Why? This Shroud guy, he gonna muscle in on the chem trade now?"
Kent: "No. He's gonna do something about it. AJ's selling to kids. And his chems have k-killed people."
Jerry: "And...? I don't get it."
Kent: "We can't let AJ kill kids."
Jerry: "Whatever."
