Selmy (Fallout 4)

Miss Selmy was a woman who lived in Goodneighbor before 2287.

Background[]

Selmy and her child were murdered by Wayne Delancy, a hitman, for being unable to pay him. Delancy disregarded the act as a mere waste of his time, as Selmy and her "whelp" were so poor that the pair barely had two bottlecaps in total.^[1] News of the act quickly spread amongst Goodneighbor's residents, and made Delancy infamous within the town.^[2]
