Jeremiah Ward was the occupant of a trailer to the northwestern end of Flatwoods prior to 2102.

Jeremiah's granddaughter, Mia Ward, went missing and according to the Responders, she was taken by the dogs. However, Jeremiah is of the belief that she was taken by some bad folk that had been "scopin' them out." In his last will and testament, he left the house to Mia, in the hope she would return.[1]
