Hartford is a city in the former state of Connecticut.
Background[]
While traveling from Boston to Charleston in Appalachia in the immediate aftermath of the Great War, Jim Walker and Nathan Broadhurst followed Highways 90 and 84 until reaching a friendly group of travelers in Hartford. After joining together, the group continued on, and would later split up in Altoona.[1]
