Grape Mentats addiction is a form of addiction which was cut from Fallout 4.

Grape Mentats were intended to cause an addiction. When addicted, the player character would suffer a 1 point penalty to Charisma. Instead, the player is just given a generic Mentats addiction, which gives the same penalty.
