Foster was a protestor at Poseidon Energy Plant WV-06 along with Cindy and Associated Miner's Union steward Jacob Hargraves. In an attempt to clear the area, HalluciGen gas was deployed, and under its effect Cindy and Foster savagely attacked a soldier, tearing his face in half.[1]
