Cindy was a protestor at Poseidon Energy Plant WV-06.
Background[]
Cindy joined Foster and the Associated Miner's Union steward Jacob Hargraves to protest in front of the plant. In an attempt to clear the area, HalluciGen gas was deployed, and under its effects, Cindy and Foster savagely attacked a soldier, tearing his face in half.[1]
