Tadpole badge

Tadpole badges are a form of currency in Fallout 76, introduced in the Wild Appalachia update.

Background[]

Tadpole badges are used by the Pioneer Scouts to mark progression through the Order of the Tadpole. They are earned by completing World Challenges set by Scout Leader Jaggy at the Pioneer Scout camp. Three badges are required for completing the Order of the Tadpole, and promotion to Possum Scout.

Redeemable rewards[]

Tadpole badges are exchanged at Tadpole vending machines, automated vendors set up by the Pioneer Scouts to distribute Tadpole-themed items.

They can be found at certain Pioneer Scout locations such as Camp Adams and the Pioneer Scout camp (Camp Lewis). They are usually accompanied by Possum vending machines. The machines offer the following items:

Notes[]

• Tadpole badges cannot be traded and are not shared between characters. Challenge completions are not shared between characters.
• Ten Tadpole badges can be earned via Challenges in total, with each having a unique icon. The requirements for earning the badges can be found in the main menu by going to World tab in the Challenges menu.
• Each challenge requires the player to complete a knowledge exam. The complete list of exams along with their answers can be found here.
• Three Tadpole badge Challenge completions are required to complete The Order of the Tadpole.
