Mystery Items was a community event in the Fallout 76 Atomic Shop. It ran over a two week period from March 10 - March 25, 2020.

Every 3 days from March 10 - March 25, 2020, a new "mystery item" became available in the Atomic Shop. Claiming said item granted a special Nukashine-themed reward. Claiming all 5 mystery items granted every possible reward.

Note that claiming all five mystery items will reward all of the following loot:
- Plastic Nukashine beer hat (Claim any one mystery item)
- Cask Nukashine keg (Claim any two mystery items)
- Short pony Nukashine keg, tall pony Nukashine keg (Claim any three mystery items)
- Half barrel Nukashine keg (Claim any four mystery items)
- Nukashine wallpaper, Nukashine player icon (Claim all five mystery items)
