Description[]
The headquarters of the evil Chairman Cheng, Cheng's fortress is the last bastion of communist control in the wasteland. A full-fledged communist city, it is protected by an impenetrable wall and an outpost filled with only the most elite Chinese soldiers. After giving Coot the plasma shell and nuclear power core, and having Coot blow a hole in the fortress wall, Wastelad and his party can enter and challenge Cheng. If Cheng is defeated, the game will be completed and the victory screen will show.
