Sergeant Callahan was an officer of the Boston Police Department before the Great War.
Background[]
Stationed at Police Precinct 8, Callahan and Lieutenant Mitchell were the brains behind a sting operation to arrest mob boss Louie Trevisani using an undercover officer to infiltrate his ranks. Due to Trevisani's connections within the police, Mitchell was forced to find someone new who the mob boss would not know of. Callahan recommended to him Officer Candace Isola, an inexperienced but brave and idealistic street cop, and became her primary contact. Despite this, he cared little for her personal safety, ignoring her growing concerns in favor of getting evidence to convict Trevisani.
He was known for wearing a cheap tan suit. His fate after the War is unknown, although in 2277 Isola - now going by Candy in her new role as a Triggerman mob boss - believed she saw him at the Warren Theater, indicating that he may have become a ghoul.[1]
