First Lieutenant C. Mitchell was an officer in the Appalachian Enclave.
Background[]
Mitchell was accidentally exposed to the mutagenic serums developed in the Whitespring bunker and was killed. Their remains were placed in the medical bay with strict rules for observation and documentation only.[1]
