Butch was an enforcer for Duchess before the Great War.
Background[]
When Roberta Decland sent her daughter Angie to beg Duchess for extra doses of Buffout, Duchess responded by sending Butch to let Angie know this would be the last credit she ever received, with instructions to make "the point crystal clear."[1] Butch was under police surveillance and his work for Duchess was being tracked.[2]
