Background[]
Brandon's pay was docked after he "failed to smile sufficiently at customers" during his shift at the front gate. He was forced to undergo "Smile Training" in order to restore his original pay.[1] In retaliation, he came up with a plan to place laxatives in the Chow Line food, doubling as a way to haze new employee Hal and overwhelm Newman with customer complaints.[2] He also stuck Sarah with cleanup duty for a "chain" of vomit at the Widowmaker.[3]
