Bill Lobley is an American actor who voiced the narrator of Tales from the West Virginia Hills in Fallout 76, as well as other additional voices from the holotape series.[1] He reprised his role as the narrator for JES-2R in the Nuclear Winter update. He also voiced several characters in the Wastelanders update, including Crane, Skinner, the Vault 76 automated system, the Vault-Tec spokesman and Radical gangers. He also voiced the Red Rocket robot in the Steel Dawn update.
