Bert Strickland (username BStrickland) was the mayor of University Point in 2285.[1]
Background[]
When Jacqueline, the daughter Gerald Spencer, found a strange object while scavenging, Bert was later contacted by Conrad Kellogg, an envoy of the Institute, who wanted to retrieve the object. When Gerald refused to leave the safety of the settlement and refused to give up the artifact, Conrad decided to simply destroy them and take it by force.[2]
