Applicator is a junk item in Fallout 4.
Characteristics[]
The applicator is a device designed by the Institute. It is similar to a yo-yo in shape, the most noticeable difference being that the groove between the two sides is cut only halfway across its circumference.

- 25 in the concourse.
- 21 in BioScience division area.
- 18 in Robotics division area.
- Seven in the Synth Retention Bureau.
- Two in the FEV lab.
- Two in the reactor.
