Wolves[]

For the bonemeal part, you should add something about wolves. Saying that bones have nouse other than bonemeal is wrong. When used properly, wolves can protect you while mining, and with the new AI, won't kill themselves as often. LightRod 21:53, 25 April 2012 (UTC)

Good point, I overlooked that. But you could have fixed the entry just as well as me...82.69.54.207 22:38, 25 April 2012 (UTC)

Keep piston and sugarcane tips?[]

I'm not sure these two are worth putting in, which is why I'm posting a query here. Comments would be appreciated. Both methods are sometimes handy - I have used them myself - but I wonder whether they're worth it. 82.69.54.207 20:13, 9 May 2012 (UTC)

Pistons might be more complicated than they're worth. Using sugarcane for water removal is an interesting and non-obvious idea. The problem is that it can only be placed when there is adjacent water one block lower. Works great on a steep slope, but can't be used to fill in the bottom of a pond. Might be worth keeping for now, as it's not something everyone will think of. -- Orthotope 07:39, 10 May 2012 (UTC)

Jungle tree mining technique photo[]

I read the description for the picture shown for jungle tree mining. How can villagers mine blocks? --50.123.156.78 23:14, 24 June 2013 (UTC)

It is an example. The villager represents the player. User:Meeples10 Talk

Shaft mining "tips" worldedit ?[]

Hey, I was wondering if that tip for "converting stone to air" stuff is really useful, at that point it would be more simple to say "Just go creative mode and add yourself diamond or install a xray mod" because in my opinion, using commands or an external tool to do it for you is cheating. Of course, if you are a single player guy, it's mostly harmless, but I don't really think that "tip" should exist or at least be in this page.

It is useful. For example, you'll get loads of ores. | AndrewAB (talk|contr)AndrewAB 10:51, 18 July 2016 (UTC)
