Has this been fixed in 1.3.1? I've made it and nothing seems to happen.
- Yes, but you have to place it in one of the right types of biome. Snow golems die instantly in some biomes, and they stay alive but still fail to drop snow in certain others. --82.69.54.207 13:46, 4 August 2012 (UTC)
The socond part of Sep 4 won't work, since water hurts the snow golem and eventually kills it. Additionally only shovels create snowballs. Water only destroys it. --77.11.67.151 14:02, 11 May 2013 (UTC)
- I've found snowballs in snowy biomes that were created by a stream. Water is good for harvesting (or just removing) the snow cover that falls when it snows. 00:30, 23 May 2014 (UTC)
