this is a great script, though because the wiki is a wiki verifying that this script does what it intends to is a bad process, perhaps we can put the code on a public git repository (like github) and externally link to that so we can keep the script more secure from tampering.99.110.38.71 14:02, 27 April 2019 (UTC)
- While mostly true, the page doesn't seem to get too much attention as it is... And I believe it could be partially protected to prevent tampering? A github link, for instance, can just as easily be altered. KairuByte (talk) 18:04, 9 August 2019 (UTC)
/bin/sh vs bin/bash[]
Ran into a problem on an Azure VM (ubuntu 18.04) where /bin/sh was linked to /bin/dash instead of /bin/bash, causing problems with manifests being parsed. I'm a novice when it comes to scripting for linux, so I'm not certain if this is something that should be mentioned, or if it can be changed in the script currently on the Wiki?
