Hey, I'm going to start adding a bunch of stuff here for the 1.8 update. A lot of my friends on my private server come to me when trying to figure out how to deal with certain mobs. Defense/Parry[]

When 1.8 there has been the right click with a sword "parry" move. This allows you to block mobs and other attacks from players. Should this be added to the defense manual? --Anthrophobic 03:07, 20 September 2011 (UTC)

Shouldn't there be people listed that are envolved with this page? I honestly think the entire wiki is a bit confusing..

Floating Island[]

Would building a floating base that is entered by using a boat or minecart as an elevator count for this page? George Mallory 20:11, 22 September 2012 (UTC)

Walls[]

Isn't a size of 2 or 1.5 enough for walls if the terrain is acceptable, e.g. on flat maps and the main part of the wall on standard maps? Mobs usually shouldn't jump higher than one (except the ones with effects, but that's controlled by player) and if the terrain doesn't fit, you can make it 2.5 our 3 high. 80.139.9.60 15:49, 23 February 2014 (UTC)
