I saw the error[]

LCE is not 1.13. can you fix it! 180.190.43.234 12:18, 1 March 2018 (UTC)

Repairing[]

Unlike other tools/armor pages, the trident page doesn't have the repair recipe and the item to repair tridents in anvils listed (no idea what item it is, but everything has an item) FVbico (talk) 09:08, 11 June 2018 (UTC)

I think you have to craft or anvil two tridents together. IndigoGolum (talk) 00:35, 21 September 2018 (UTC)

Drops[]

I was playing pe and a converted drowned dropped a trident. –Preceding unsigned comment was added by 73.208.227.101 (talk) at 01:58, 12 July 2018‎ (UTC). Please sign your posts with ~~~~

I created a zombie spawner exp farm last night on Xbox One Minecraft. It converts about a third of the mobs to drowneds and they do indeed drop plenty of tridents and shells, etc. --97.84.232.123 15:06, 24 July 2018 (UTC)

All drowned do indeed drop tridents in Bedrock Edition. See Drowned#Drops. The converted drowned note only applies to Java Edition as you can see on both that and this page. – Jack McKalling [ Talk Contrib ] 15:45, 24 July 2018 (UTC)

No Drops - JAVA Edition[]

The Converted Drowneds don't drop Tridents in JAVA Version. –Preceding unsigned comment was added by Zedbeking (talkcontribs) at 19:45, 22 July 2018‎ (UTC). Please sign your posts with ~~~~

This is intentional; only non-zombie-conversion spawned drowned will get fishing rods or tridents, as the drowning zombie should not gain equipment out of nowhere. FVbico (talk) 10:43, 23 July 2018 (UTC)

Bedrock Edition Damage section lacks critical damage[]

No critical damage amount for Bedrock Edition Damage section. 199.187.211.99 06:25, 1 February 2020 (UTC)

Splash Damage[]

It's implied that Riptide allows for splash damage when used. This does not seem consistent with it's function in-game, and is confusing to read. Do tridents deal splash damage, and if they do, how do they deal it? Alt234mega (talk) 05:10, 18 October 2020 (UTC)

Fastest way to get trident?[]

What is the fastest and most optimal way to get a trident on a server with 30 people, without making a farm?

If you are playing on Bedrock Edition, some drowned will drop their trident if you give them a nautilus shell (and they aren't attacking you). It does take some work to find a drowned that will do this, however, the trident drops at full durability, saving you the effort of repairing it.
