Deletion[]

Changed the text so that it doesn't say that it'll be added in 1.4. No reason to delete.--Sanoth 22 August 2012 (CET)

It's an idea he scrapped. He might make it in the future but we don't know. Don't worry, if it gets further along we can restore the page. Right now though it's not official. --Moxxy 23:48, 21 August 2012 (UTC)
I think we should keep the page as long as we are clear in the text that it's a prototype and might not be added anytime soon. Although I believe it's important keeping cause he so recently mentioned it (3 days ago?) and therefore it might be included in 1.4. --Sanoth 01:51, 22 August 2012 (CET)
I've rewritten it now. Whatcha think? --Sanoth 01:59, 22 August 2012 (CET)
  • Thanks for letting it stay :) I appreciate it! --Sanoth 02:13, 22 August 2012 (CET)
No problem. And don't worry about the delete tag in the future. It's far from my say if it gets deleted or not. If it's not blatant spam/vandalism the tag just brings in people to discuss something like this and whether or not it should stay. --Moxxy 00:20, 22 August 2012 (UTC)

IDK[]

So I guess it was shelved for SIX YEARS before being under development again.

Well, fish mobs were shelved for eight years before being under development again. 46.132.190.234 05:23, 20 October 2018 (UTC)

First history entry[]

This seems to be nonsense: "Old texture delayed lectern was replaced to <image> on <image>" I guess those were meant to be different prepositions (like "from" and "to" or whatever), but even then it makes no sense, because it's the first version with lecterns, where would the old texture come from if it was changed in that version? More Details On Lecterns and Redstone Comparators[]

It appears from my experiments that the comparator signal is only zero if there is no book. And, yes, the signal is 15 when on the last page of the book, as advertised.

But the stages in between are not as linear or deterministic as I would expect. Using a line of redstone dust, with a repeater and a lamp off each block of it, I see some hysteresis. A 7-page book gives signal 1 when first placed, but if you page up and back down to page one you get signal 2. --Realweregamer (talk) 06:50, 23 November 2020 (UTC)
