1.2[]

Why does 1.2 redirect here? 1.2 definitely exists - I even have it. ―HalfOfAKebab (talk, contribs) 02:06, 4 November 2017 (UTC)

This source. -BDJP (t|c) 02:32, 4 November 2017 (UTC)
What does that mean though? I have 1.2, which is obviously more 1.2 than 1.2.1 is, so why does it redirect? ―HalfOfAKebab (talk, contribs) 02:33, 4 November 2017 (UTC)
There is simply no version 1.2 that exists for the Java Edition. You may simply be confusing it with the JE Alpha, JE Beta, or Bedrock Edition 1.2. This is a list of all publicly available Java Edition versions in the launcher, with nothing for 1.2. -BDJP (t|c) 03:03, 4 November 2017 (UTC)
Well, there simply is: http://assets.minecraft.net/1_2/minecraft.jar :P. ―HalfOfAKebab (talk, contribs) 03:06, 4 November 2017 (UTC)
OK, now your just being silly. That was 1.2-pre (yes, I even double-checked the link you sent me), not the actual version of 1.2. Nice try. -BDJP (t|c) 03:10, 4 November 2017 (UTC)
But it is 1.2. Load it up, you'll see. There was never any version called 1.2-pre. ―HalfOfAKebab (talk, contribs) 03:11, 4 November 2017 (UTC)
