Technically speaking you can get a end portal frame with A eye of ender. Inside of it because Once you insert eye of ender in portal frame it updates into. Portal frame with a eye of ender

10 eye end portal[]
In Bedrock Edition, there is a known seed containing a 10-eye end portal right at spawn with a bastion and fortress in an easy to make nether portal, only requiring obsidian, no diamond pic needed. The seed will be added here along with a video momentarily.
