Hidden "Nether" generation[]

AntVenom showcased in this video that there is a hidden nether generation option which can be done via an NBT edit. This should be added but I don't exactly know how. – Nixinova 03:17, 28 April 2018 (UTC)

Hidden options[]

There are several hidden options that can be viewed and modified in the code (NBTExplorer) but not in game: Default block, default fluid, checkerboarded biomes (size)... These options should be reflected in the article as well as the way to customize and play with them. Phoenix SC showcased checkerboarded biomes in two videos. 139.47.29.138 23:18, 21 July 2018 (UTC)

Alexiscoutinho The {{ping}} template doesn't actually do anything on this wiki, but people use it here because it works on Wikipedia, and Wikipedia uses the same underlying wiki software. It's supposed to generate a notification, but it doesn't. I just pinged you in this comment; did you get notified? If you want to get the attention of a specific person, the best way is to leave a note on that person's talk page, which does generate a notification.

Only some custom biomes crash the game[]

I did Single Biome for two custom biomes, and only one of them crashed the game. The other one worked just fine.--204.17.57.123 20:45, 1 June 2021 (UTC)

Reorganise the article[]

Cave and Floating Island have been removed in 1.18, The only left is single biome, should we split cave and floating island out and move it to Java Edition Removed Features. After cleaning the article, the article should be renamed to ‘Singlebiome’.--112.119.179.118 13:01, 3 January 2022 (UTC)

Caves and Floating Islands haven't been removed from the game, just from the world creation interface. They are still accesible through Custom worlds. Alexiscoutinho (talk) 19:02, 3 January 2022 (UTC)
