Skipper's Last Stand is a unique harpoon gun with the Resilient legendary effect (+150 damage resistance while reloading). Due to diminishing returns of damage resistance, this can be as much as a 64% net damage reduction for someone with virtually no armor, to a 28% net damage reduction for someone with 100 armor, to only 7% for someone in basic power armor, albeit for the full, lengthy 5 second reload.
