It depends on the domain extension. CZ domains are transferred for free. For example, SK, EU and COM domains are transferred by extending the registration with a new registrar. You only pay an annual domain registration fee – you pay nothing for the transfer itself.
Ask your registrar for a transfer code, called Auth-ID. You can order the transfer from the Webglobe administration.
If you don't renew your domain in time, you could lose it. For an insured domain, we guarantee that this will not happen. Otherwise, we will indemnify you up to €4,000 .
